Harlem Dome Prison

The nicest prison in the world. It has concerts, basketball games on the inner pitch, a huge library (with books on everything except how to make a bomb- those were removed). Prisoners are given unlimited calls, and 2 70 hour home leaves on their last year of their sentence. Guards have to be "invited" into the patients rooms (which are all single rooms) before they can enter. Here's a cool 360 view of it
